Designing and implementing optimised HR-processes and an outcome-driven customer experience to achieve a return on investment for technology spend.   

A recent HR system implementation for this higher education institution lacked human-centered design and adequate change management support, resulting in poor user adoption and the technology not being used to its full potential.  

Levant was engaged to co-design several end-to-end HR processes including recruitment and leave management, with the goal to simplify ways of working, mitigate compliance risk, and maximise the university’s technology return on investment.  

Working collaboratively with a design reference group consisting of subject matter experts, Levant developed process documents, customer experience journeys, engaging support materials and communications to manage the transition and improve adoption of new ways of working.
