Establishment of a strategic change function to help improve the experience of participants in the NDIS.  

We established a strategic change function, including new ways of working and capability development, to help improve the experience of participants, providers, and partners in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is preparing to implement a large-scale transformation to its people, processes, and platforms, impacting participants, providers, partners, and its workforce.

Following an initial pilot, NDIA sought Levant’s guidance to improve how changes are delivered to remove functional siloes, better resonate with their audiences, and ensure it is repeatable on a larger scale.

Levant partnered with the program team to establish a strategic change function, including ways of working, roles and responsibilities, tools and templates, and capability development, to deliver not only this transformation but to also change the way future initiatives are delivered across the Agency.
