Michael has helped some of Australia’s largest organisations navigate transformational change.
An experienced human capital professional, Michael values co-design and collaboration to achieve outcomes for his clients. Using a toolkit that blends human centred design, organisational design and change management, Michael plays a role across the end-to-end transformational journey ensuring the outcome is more than just the sum of all the parts.
Michael has partnered with over a dozen ASX 200 organisations in industries including Retail, Finance, Education and Bio Tech, as well as not-for-profits and government departments.
Prior to joining Levant Consulting, Michael worked in Nairobi, Kenya with DFAT (formally AusAID) and as an Executive Officer for the Department of Defence.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Business and Bachelor of Arts from Australian Catholic University and is certified in Prosci Change Management and Customer Experience from Academy Xi.
